I am nothing short of appalled at how Columbine and Allied treated me as a client. Firstly, it was nearly impossible to get in touch with anyone to get answers to my questions--this was true from day 1. The only way I was able to make any headway was to go directly to the owner (who continued to pass the buck back down the food chain after a while). I placed my belongings in storage until I could secure a new place to live, and after I released my belongings to be delivered it took another 10 days for my things to be picked--and even then they sent a truck that wouldn't hold all of my things. We used Columbine to move us across the country from CO to OH. We evaluated 3 different moving companies in the valley and chose Columbine. They estimated our move accurately and the local movers did an outstanding job loading all of our belongings in a single day. Everyone we worked with at Columbine and the crew who drove our things across the country was kind and acted in a professional manner. We even got a rebate check after the move was complete.
