I thought this pharmacy was good the first time I used them. After that it went downhill. They have the worst people there answering the phones. They cut you off when speaking and they dont care if they are nasty. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. If you can void them, dont use them.

I only gave this pharmacy 1 star because they used to be good. I used to love the Windsor pharmacy Bayside location. They were reliable, short in-store wait times, and quick delivery times. HOWEVER, ever since COVID, they moved to the Syosset location, and never have the needed medications, even the basic antibiotics. But whats worse, is that when they dont have the medication, instead of calling to let you know, they have you waiting for it for days with no communication. You only find out when you decide to call. Ive once been waiting for my needed medication after 5 DAYS. How unprofessional

Chaim helped me get a brand name drug that is virtually impossible to get as it is very expensive and the generics have taken over the whole market. I had it the next day!

Actually not sure how this pharmacy is charging me $61 for my prescription/medication. I switched to CVS pharmacy literally right across the street and I was able to buy it for $10. extremely shady practice from this pharmacy or extreme incompetence. highly suggest you not to use this pharmacy and use cvs pharm right across the street.
