It was a great experience for me and my rats. I was delighted to discover Dr Lauren sees exotic pets as Id been worried about both of my rats. She took great care of Tony and Julian and even called me yesterday to follow up and check on them and offer dietary suggestions to keep them their healthiest. Thank you for the great care you all provide.

Very friendly, knowledgeable staff that always remembers our fur babies names and ours too from the moment they answer the phone or we walk through the door. I love the direct access of communicating with the doctor's via email and their prompt replies. I have never experienced a frustrating moment. And, they take care of not only our pets but our entire family's wellbeing as well, especially during difficult times.

They have saved my kitty Stretch twice. Once he was blocked and they saved him. Earlier this week had a fever of 105 and lost 2 pounds. A few days of antibiotics and hes feeling great. Thank you from Stretch!
