I purchased a new motor from them over a week ago and had it installed by another company. They have been telling me that the prop is being delivered by ups and it's on the truck for delivery for 3 day's now and I still don't have it. I understand that it's the holidays but I don't understand if it's on the truck and out for delivery each day yet I still don't have it. They have no sense of urgency after they got my money and they act like they just don't care

I had this company quote me 2 300s for install, got financing approved, ready to go! Then all communication went away. Spoke to the so called GM, who replied we are busy and don't have the motors you bought!!! Really!! This is why we communicate, the folks are a real joke, from finance to management. Im 500 miles away and was going do business with them, I should have went off Google 3.6 and ran! The owner of this outfit needs to step in before they drop below the threshold they are now!! What a joke!!!

I am 100% pleased with Diamond Motors and Marine. I first bought twin 250 suzukis from them and they run flawlessly. I then purchased a Sea Pro 248 from and had it custom built through them. I chose Sea Pro paired with a Suzuki 300 for a smooth dependable ride. So if you are in the market for a motor or a new sled. Give grant or bill a call I am 100% glad I did!

Recently Re-Powered my boat with Grant. I was given a realistic timeframe from the start and I could not be happier with the work they performed. Very upfront and fair pricing, and service after the sale to dial in the motor has been great.

So went up this past Friday it was late. Grant got all my paper work done in time. Grant also let me drop my boat off on Saturday whitch was great. Grant has been very helpful So far great customer service. Can't wait for my boat to be ready. Just got my boat back. Not even 2 weeks man these guys are just awesome. Grant was great Steve was great. Everyone was great. I wish buying a car was this easy. This is the place to get your repower hands down.

We recently repowered with a Suzuki df140. I spoke to Grant and he sent me everything in an email the we discussed verbally. After I dropped the boat I was pleased that they were always available (although very busy) when I had further questions about the engine and what is expected. Steve the service manager took time on more than one occasion to speak to me in length about the engine, process, maintenance requirements etc. These guys are super slammed with work and still made sure to take time to provide great customer service. Im very happy with them and the df140 is a lil ripper too :)
