Health Services of Northern New York, does not take the health and well-being of their clients seriously. With COVID-19, the company did not take the proper steps. As one client came in contact with another person that tested positive for Covid-19, they had an employee of theirs continue doing care for this patient knowing that they should have sent this employee to get tested as well. But had them continue doing care for that client while wearing PPE, and continuing care for other clients. Where is the care and concern for the clients and employee's???

I worked for them for just almost a year and it has been nothing but unorganized management they act like they appreciate you at first but when you start getting into it more they start showing you that you dont matter to them they never communicate so you never know what to do because one person tells you one thing and the other somthing different I work at the nursing home and I also had.told them that they should take me off their sceduale due to there are residents at the nursing home on precautions for covid'19 and they still wanted me to go in other elderly houses and I told them no and they

I was very dissappointed in the defamation that was put on my character. I'm not gonna get on here & bad mouth anyone because, that just shows a distasteful character on my part. However; I do hope scheduling is corrected due to the fact that clients are rightfully allotted the full-time through their insurance companies for their care & should never be cheated. When it takes 1/2 in travel, the company should give their employees 40 mins to get there depending on weather & road conditions, 15 mins won't cover a 1/2 travel & the staff are left trying to explain to the clients the reason.
