I lived at this residence for 12 + years and at the time management was great. Response time for any problems was always prompt. The upkeep on my apartment and grounds I would give it a five star

Management failed to address a security threat. Ultimately I had to move out before my lease expired in order to keep my child safe from a neighbor. The company had the nerve to want me to continue paying the rent and sent me to collections. Even after I've paid the amount they asked, my credit report still shows this as derogatory. I paid this off years ago!

Good place to live despite appartments lacks natural light. Be aware that when you leave the place they will keep all your deposit and ask you for more money. Totally unfair knowing the high price of the rent

This place was terrible. Smokers all over. Pool & Jacuzzi's are always over filled with people and the pool cold! Very loud if you get a unit by Telephone Rd. Water leaks & the management is terrible. For the price it's not worth it ! Check colony parc or wood side village instead.

I lived here back in 2015 and the area was decent and the complex was nice but management was very condescending to me and my roommates since we were a bunch of college kids on property. I remember we got talked to about something that got broken in the club house by another tenant but we were the ones threatened with being evicted because we were in the same area as them. To add onto that there was a package thief who stole one of our roommates packages and the front office had no security cams or witnesses. I'd say save your money and go down the block from here to Ralston Courtyard.

My fiance and I have lived at Cypress Point for just over two years and would absolutely recommend. When we first moved to Ventura, we had a tough time warming up to the idea of living in such a big apartment complex. We were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the apartments, the open/spacious floor plans, and the helpfulness of the staff. The amenities are awesome! We love the jacuzzi/pool area, it really feels like a little resort. The location is great-super close to lots of great restaurants and an easy commute to downtown via the 126. The neighbors we've had have been amazing...we both
