My name is Robert Crum and I have been a Certified Code Inspector since 2003. I have 10 International Code Council certifications including both residential and commercial: Building Envelope, Electrical, Mechanical (AC) and Plumbing. I was most recently the Building Official for a large County in the White Mountains.

I have an AZ contractor license (#324538). Starting in 2006, I have built numerous homes and small commercial projects with no complaints to the Registrar of Contractors. I have performed over 2,700 inspections with written reports for various home buyers and sellers. I want to be your home inspector.

Rob just inspected our house in show low. He was very prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and willing to help us with issues that may need to be resolved. We hired Rob to perform a pre-sale inspection of our own property. Scheduling was easy, he arrived on time and provided an unbiased and clear report of repairs needed prior to sale. He was helpful and walked us through the more important issues raised by his inspection ensuring we wouldn't be unprepared when it came time to list the property.

I had an accepted offer on a property in the pinetop-lakeside area and called upon Rob at White Mountain Inspections. I made arrangements for the inspection and he showed up early. He took his time and went through the property. After he completed his inspection, He took us around the property and pointed out the good and the bad with the property. The sellers put on their disclosure form that everything worked
and there were no issues with the electrical, plumbing, or structural.
That was not the case. Rob found issues that needed to be addressed.
I was so happy I selected him for my inspection

Rob was very pleasant to have as an inspector. Walked around my house and explained everything to me. Explained the concerns and ins and outs so that I was aware. He was polite and did the inspection very short notice. I would definitely recommend him to someone.
