Not enough pay for what they are asking for their drivers to do. Typical company, charging top dollar for their services but paying minimum wage to their workers.

Management does not care one bit about driver safety. Van upkeep is NOT a priority. When informed of van issues, NOTHING is done.

They are amazing with our youngest transporting her back and forth to school. I highly recommend their service. They have became family to us. We love all of the drivers and aids as well as the staffing in the office.

Im consistently late getting to school because the drivers never get to my house on time to pick me up. I typically have to wait 20-30 minutes past my pickup time for them to get me.
Update: this morning I waited 41 minutes past my pickup time and my driver didnt even seem to care. This is my second day in a row being late to school. Im not happy with the company.

I cannot say enough great things about this company! I regularly schedule trips for a disabled client - everyone I have encountered has been competent and extremely efficient - so easy to work with. And although I have not met any of the drivers, my client reports to me often how kind and gracious they are with her - it means more than you could ever know!!
