Board-certified physicians and nurse practitioners deliver personalized care plans that address preventive health, acute illnesses, and long-term conditions. The service emphasizes coordinated care through electronic health records and team-based approaches that integrate behavioral health specialists and community health workers.
Dental Care
Dental services include preventive care, restorative treatments, and oral surgery performed by experienced dentists and hygienists. The program offers cleanings, fillings, extractions, and prosthetics while maintaining a sliding-fee scale for low-income patients. Special outreach programs provide dental education and screenings for local schoolchildren, with emergency dental care available through state assistance vouchers.
Home Health Services
Certified home health aides deliver skilled nursing, physical therapy, and personal care services to patients in their residences. The program specializes in post-surgical recovery, chronic condition management, and end-of-life care with 24/7 on-call availability. Services coordinate with primary care providers to ensure continuity of treatment plans and medication management.
Behavioral Health
Integrated behavioral health services address mental health conditions and substance use disorders through counseling, medication management, and crisis intervention. Licensed therapists work alongside primary care providers to treat depression, anxiety, and trauma-related conditions using evidence-based therapies while maintaining strict patient confidentiality protocols.

Report
Not the most organized and competent healthcare facility. Yes, it is rural and for many there isn't much choice. But any organization of this size that has a CSO employed should raise eyebrows. The CEO must be incompetent. What exactly is a chief strategy officer anyway? Sounds like a goldbricker holds that job to be sure. Two big thumbs down for NCHC!
