Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits.

Make massage part of your routine self-care. This monthly membership plan makes it easy to keep up with feeling great. Save $10 per session when you enroll in the Monthly Massage Plan. Your monthly auto payment includes one or two 60 or 90 minute Customized massage per month. Any unused credit rolls over one month only.

Please kindly give 24-hour advance notice when cancelling an appointment, as this allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule in. Lisa opened Elemental Massage Therapy in 2015 after finishing her training at Massage Wellness Institute and Center in ST Albans VT. She now teaches at the Massage Wellness Institute and Center. Lisa believes in the power of touch and knows the difference it can make in a persons life. She continues to learn and experience the value of bodywork.
