Flower Basket

I was stunned by the corsage they made for the Formal Gala I attended. Not only did it match my tuxedo, it was made last minute when I realized I made a goof & failed to order it several days ahead.

Billie came to the rescue!
After calling 5 floral shops in the area with everyone being out of 🌻 sunflowers, the flower basket has them. Making the sun shine a little brighter for a memorial service.

My daughter's mimi ordered her flowers for her 11th birthday. I must say this company was so fantastic! They called to confirm the delivery address and time with me. The lady I spoke with was so kind and friendly. When the flowers arrived I was holding our dog so my daughter could grab her flowers and the lady shut our door for us because our hands were so full. It was just so nice! I had a great experience and if I order flowers in the future I'll be reaching out to this company! The flowers were also so beautiful.

The customer service was exceptional! She delivered a beautiful spring arrangement to my friend for her birthday. For an additional fee she also picked up some cookies from the local bakery to deliver along with the arrangement. Thank you!

I was a first time customer at this business. I called the business to place an order over the phone to have a floral arrangement delivered to an individual as a "get well soon" on behalf of our company. I completely placed my order and had a few questions for the order taker at the end of the call. The tone in which the order taker used was unprofessional. It was if she was irritated that I was asking questions and needed clarity on a few things about her sending me a receipt for the order, I cancelled the order for a few reasons. (1) I will never spend money anywhere if the person in business

I ordered flowers and was NOT informed about the $10 delivery fee. I understand there should a a delivery fee, but please let me know up front. Plus I never got a receipt detailing this. HOWEVER, what really didn't sit right with me is when I called to ask why the charge was higher than what I was quoted..then stated that I was never informed of the delivery charge. He said he 'doubted' that. So he was not the one that took my order, so how does he know what I was or was not told? Really?

Billie always takes good care of her customers and never meets a stranger. She had done everything from a,simple basket of daisies to a police badge made entirely of flowers for me over the years, all very beautiful! Anytime I need flowers, this is who I call. I also have found many other unique gifts over the years, not just flowers.
