I really want to thank you for answering questions for a Lowrance product. Unfortunately my product has a really poor description of functions on the manufacturer's website. I even called Lowrance tech support and the person I talked to seemed clueless. I called here because the dealers in my area were closed and this place being in a different time zone was open. They didn't have to deal with me since I didn't purchase from Rodgers but still spent valuable time with me and that is impressive!!! You answered my questions well. Thank you.

Called to ask if they could assist me with a software upgrade on both my Chart plotter and Garmin Reactor, since I was just down the street and having issues with my Reactor 40.
Marty did that no problem and asked what was issues I was having. Well to make a long story short Tim brought out a wheel barrel with his tools and a new Reactor motor, trouble shot the issue and installed the new motor on the side of the road.
Outstanding Service !! Glad I bought it there and paid for them to install it initially.

Excellent customer service and they really know their stuff. Recently we had an electronics issue needed it fixed ASAP, as we run our fishing charter pretty much every day. The manufacturer could not figure it out, but Marty spent 1.5 hours one the phone talking me through it until we figured out what was broken
Marty refused to give up until he figured it out and my electronics were up and running.

These guys are honest and do top quality work. I had one issue and they went above and beyond to resolve the miscommunication. I am calling them to do more work on my Sea Ray 370.
