When one thinks of Boise, Idaho, some of the first things that come to mind are the beautiful rolling hills of the Boise Front, streams, trees and wildlife. Shadow Valley has managed to incorporate all of these wonderful features of Boise in to the golf course. Both the front and back nine feature picturesque views of the foothills, rocks, streams, waterfalls, flowers and trees to compliment lush fairways and manicured greens.

Shadow Valley Golf Course has consistently earned a "local favorite" status from Treasure Valley golfers. Our golf course is truly an oasis for the beginner and serious golfer alike. Designed by Mother Nature and C. Edward Trout, they created a natural landscape that winds through the foothills. Shadow Valley is proud to be only one of four courses in the state of Idaho to receive the honor of being certified by the National Audubon Society.

Shadow Valley Golf Course is home to a tremendous variety of twilight leagues and options for evening play. All of our league play is conducted in partnership with our Shadow Valley Women's and Men's Associations. Shadow Valley Golf Course is very dedicated to having a first-class junior golf program and we will continue with our dedication into the 2015 golfing season. We have a very active junior golf schedule including: Junior Golf Kickoff Night, Friday Night Scrambles, Family Night, Junior Tournaments and Junior Golf Workshops.

Shadow Valley prides itself on treating members of the Junior Association as young adults. Our interest is not only to help junior golfers improve their game, but also to help them grow and mature. The Code of Conduct is not intended to scare players, but to have Junior Golf Association members understand the consequences of their actions.
