Very disappointed. Trying so hard to sell their products, but wouldn't give your professional advice before or after the procedure even she screwed your skin. I did back chemical peel here. 1. No instruction about before and aftercare at all. I had to ask by myself if I should stop using acid body wash a few days before, then she said yes, if I didn't ask, I never knew. She just doesn't care enough about customers. 2. After chemical peel, my skin isn't peeling and instead, having tons of small blisters. It was scaring and I tried to text her, her suggestion is to buy their

Elle Is very friendly & calming. She has a warm, relaxing environment. Ive had Brazilian waxing from her a few times and Im always very happy with the results. Other places Ive been have left stray hairs or made my skin irritated but my results from Elle have always been amazing!
