Dr. Alspaugh is rather loud and obnoxious. He will cut you off while you are speaking and seems uncaring. The walls in his office are very thin and I could hear him speaking with several patients before coming into the exam room where my husband and I were waiting. (I thought patients were entitled to some privacy). He doesn't spend much time with each patient either, basically breezing in and out in less than 5 minutes with each one. I feel like my $50 copay was definitely wasted with this man. On a better note, the ladies at the front desk were friendly and the nurse was pleasant as well. I wouldn

I had a mommy makeover two years ago and was never fully happy with results. I went back with my concerns and was told that its just the way my body is. My breast are uneven and you cant even tell that I had breast lift and implants done. The swelling in my stomach never subsided and I was left with a belly button piercing that was never closed in my pelvic area. I was told he would repair it and he never did. Honestly I feel I look no different than I did prior to surgery. I paid for a breast lift and the amount of skin that was left over is ridiculous. I want to cry everytime I look at

Best plastic surgeon in the area. I checked with other doctors before going to him and they said he was their top choice. Removed basal cell carcinoma and did an excellent job. Didn't try to upsell me on any scar revision, just excised the malignant area. No recurrences. 5 stars
