Was replacing a component on my laptop and was stuck dealing with a stripped screw that would not budge. Called the Computer Guild and they said they would take a look at it for me. When I arrived, they were able to get my screw out within minutes. On top of this, there was NO CHARGE! Very quick and nice staff. This is now my go-to place for any computer-related problems I might have.

What great people to work with! Just had my second visit and they are knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and helpful. Had my computer up and running again quickly and explained the issues with it. NO CHARGE!! Also advised that it was probably on it's way out and provided great information on what type of new computer would fit my needs. So very helpful for me. If you have computer issues, this is the place to go, knowing you can trust their advice and recommendations is priceless.

"Will" (short for William) you should be so proud of yourself! Your positivity is infectious. I was able to quickly learn how to navigate and set up the tablet. You're amazing, especially because I am so computer illiterate.
