As a forensic bookkeeper I have to be very careful as to who touches my computers. My computer guy is in NYC. Since moving here 8 years ago I have not found anyone that gave me the trust factor I needed to surrender my sensitive information to. Then my very expensive laptop lost it's mind. Kept asking "do you want to reset and lose everything". I called A+ and spoke to James. He told me not to worry and bring it in, that was at 2pm. I prayed all the way there. He reviewed the crazy laptop immediately and told me what he thought the problem was but I would need to leave it for him to do the analysis
