We trace our lineage to the founders and masters of Jiu Jitsu such as Master Mitsuyo Maeda, Master Carlos Gracie, Master Helio Gracie, and Master Carlson Gracie.

Our Program introduces young students to the martial art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. In this process, we help our students develop several physical and personal skills. Among these skills are, flexibility, muscle strength, coordination, and a full set of self-defense techniques.
