We offer quality in-home care that is tailor made for your specific needs. Our cost effective homecare assistance programs are provided by our caring and qualified Personal Care Attendants (PCAs). Premier Homecare Angels goes the extra mile of conducting thorough background checks. Each Personal Care Attendant is registered as a certified Home Care Aide (HCA) with California's Social Services Department.

I contacted this agency several weeks ago and was told another staff member would call me back to discuss the type of service needed. No one ever did. I have since tried calling them several times for an update, but no one ever answers the phone and the call ends up going to a fax machine so I can't even leave a message. Very poor service. Will need to try another agency.

I cannot thank Premier Homecare Angels enough for their help during the most difficult time of my life. My husband was in the declining stage of Brain Cancer and I could no longer handle all the care myself. I was overwhelmed and totally stressed when a friend recommended Premier Homecare Angels. I called and spoke with Cindy who came over very soon to talk about my needs. In a day she found a WONDEREFUL caregiver, Arlene, to help me 3 days a week. I had a total knee replacement in April 2018 and engaged the Angels. I had round-the-clock care for a week and then only daytime for about another week. The ladies were excellent caregivers and kept my house -and me- neat and clean. Since the day caregivers didn't drive, they had been set up with Uber and got me to my appointments on time and without worry. I was treated courteously and professionally by the management. The bill was itemized, payments were listed correctly, and I received the refund of my deposit in good time.

To be clear, for the caregivers and the promptness of Ja's communications I would give 5 stars, but the billing has been a nightmare - thus the 2 stars. The office had no record of two of my checks being deposited (I had to send images of the checks), there was a billing error that was first confirmed, then denied, then confirmed again (several calls back and forth), and the invoices show no Date of Service which makes the billing conversations nearly impossible because we're not working from the same information.
