Stopped by on my way from work, asked to look at the glasses and the lady was very rude. Said I had to wait for something that was right there, looking to spend some money but she ruined my experience.

Made my appointment at Dr Hogue's office for the High St store. The lady was very nice and after a few brief minutes and questions she had looked up my insurance info and made the appointment. At the High St store, somehow the receptionist didn't have my insurance info and couldn't or wouldn't look it up. I should have left then. I went in with no mask , like most places they had a sign but no one says anything, that day was no different. I went in for exam, talked with the Dr, and paid for my glasses. Today I went in to get my new glasses they refused service without a mask. Ok so I requested

The staff was friendly and helpful. I paid for my visit and left very pleased and planning to come back. Then 3 months later I received a moderately large bill. I called to ask them about it and then they told me I actually owed another amount. I was very surprised to owe anything more than what I had paid at the office that day. They also don't have online bill pay which is inconvenient. I don't think I'll visit them again.

Apparently the Dr thinks it is socially and ethically acceptable to use your patient contact information to contact you over personal matters that are none of his business. A real opportunist! I will never do business with this man again.
