Bill was prompt and accommodating. He had great attention to detail and was sure to walk the roof and inspect hard to access areas. He even conducted the inspection in the rain, which yielded EXTREMELY valuable information about the property drainage/grade! When I had questions about the report, he was on the phone 30 seconds after I asked if he could clarify. He then took the time to answer all questions I had. Thanks for the great work, Bill!

Highly recommend Risley Home Inspections! Incredibly professional, on time and affordable. We couldn't be happier with our service. I don't know how they have a 5.0 but this was the worst choice I could have made for a home inspector. To be honest I don't even know what he inspected because here I am 3k later fixing things in my new home that should have been on the inspection report. It's not minor things either, MAJOR repairs that a 5 year old could notice. Run far far away.

Mr. Risley was so helpful through the inspection process, and made everything very easy to understand as first time home buyers with little to no knowledge about what to look for. His reports include lots of high quality images that allow you to see what the problem is and not just the written description. This was SO helpful! With the knowledge he has, going over the report with him explaining the “problems” and answering our 100 questions, we felt very comfortable with our report! I highly suggest using Bill for your home inspection, you can’t go wrong!
