Local pharmacy with the attention and detail you deserve. The team is excellent. They can usually overnight order anything you need since they have more control than the big chains. They went the extra mile for me during the Christmas holiday time when I needed a certain prescription but no other big chains had it in stock. They filled it very fast.

Worst customer service my son has a heart defect and relies on medication to not go into heart failure and two months in a row they have dropped the ball and could have caused my 6 month old baby to have to return to the nicu! I dont understand how one of the technicians Elsie still has a job there she is very unprofessional and not qualified to handle peoples prescriptions

Some folks ruin it for a company. Since August 18 2021 we have been trying to get a compound from them for my 6 month old baby boy with a heart condition. Seems they don't want to do there job and call the cardiologist's to 1 get pre-authorization to have the compound filled (I did that) now that it is filled it's not covered by insurance.. this is what they told me. "You can call the doctor's and get it handled!" So here it is august 23 2021 and still don't have the medication for my son's heart condition. They drag their feet about everything and incompetent of handling simple tasks of CALLING
