I called in the evening because my furnace quit working. Within the hour Dustin was at my home, knew what was wrong and had the blower motor out. He was friendly, courteous and explained the problem in detail. He made sure that I had 2 heaters in my home to keep warm because my part had to be ordered. He came today to install my motor and again was very polite and respectful. My furnace is working wonderfully! I will call Specialized Mechanical again! They will be my new maintenance people as well as any other electrical issues that I need completed. I highly recommend!!!

We originally chose this company due to their reputation. We had two new hvac systems installed. What should have been a smooth process took over 5 weeks to complete. Our new hard floors got ruined and scratched when they enlarged the attic opening and their solution was to color in the scratches, some which were deep. Then came the weeks of dirt throughout the entire house while everything was left open upstairs. The ductwork both upstairs and in the basement were not connected correctly. We paid extra for new ductwork in the basement and it still isnt connected right.. Another piece just fell

Dealt with Chris service was professional and efficient. The team came out and answered all my questions. Chris even came out to inspect the work himself. After dealing with other companies this is by far the only place I would go for HVAC work. If you want the job done once and correctly this is the team I would go with.
