These sessions are ideal if you just need to drop in to feel better. 60 minute sessions focus on all muscle groups or spend more time in an area that needs more work. 90 minute sessions address all muscle groups and spend necessary time in an area that needs more work. 120 minute sessions address all of your muscle groups and focus on multiple areas that needs more work.
