I have an opportunity at a new life now thanks to the entire staff at the ARC. The collaboration from Therapist to Behavioral Health Techs and Recovery Support Specialist was exceptional. The staff is knowledgeable and caring. Their trauma therapy is by far the best I have ever attended. Their IOP program is a fantastic follow-up to Residential Treatment. I would highly recommend this treatment program to anyone who is suffering from the disease of addiction.

Great people at the beginning but once your in the detox part the nurses or whatever don't seem to care much.. I was put in a room solo and started feeling sad and depressed and I often tested the employees there in the detox program and did not pass not one test that was given by me I was there to observe if the program is at the standards that should be met and I believe that they are not met, there are great people there but once you go into the detox seems like those people they're there for a check not to help it sucks that when it comes to Rehabilitation programs that will only except access

The THERAPIST for night time IOP is wonderful. The people that fill her position if she is not there , however are not therapist and the Directors there are just trying to fill a position to cover class. I hope for the future cliental that there is better communication from the Directors.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I admitted my husband here for detox and residential. The staff is HORRIBLE. Very rude and inconsiderate. Addicts are humans too and do not deserve to be treated like animals. Also his bag was taken to get searched and clothing and money was missing when it was returned. The rooms are very out of date and did not even have working air. What a disgrace of a facility and sad for those who go here actually seeking recovery. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU NEED REHAB I RECOMMEND BUENA VISTA BY ORACLE
