If you or a family member has been charged with a crime in Passaic County, N.J., you have a lot on the line. You shouldn't trust your future to just any defense attorney. At the Law Offices of Jonathan F. Marshall, our powerful criminal defense team is made up of former prosecutors and public defenders from across the state.
We know what you are up against, and we will take every opportunity to fight the charges against you, rather than simply taking an easy plea deal. Most people feel panicked at the thought of being arrested or charged with a crime. That's understandable. However, just because you've been arrested doesn't mean there is a strong case against you.
