Heavenly Streams is my clinic here in Grass Valley. I'm not from Grass Valley, or Nevada City, or Nevada County, (but my grandma was). I'm originally from Los Angeles. I lived at sea for many years, as an acupuncturist on cruise ships. I lived in Prague, then San Diego, then was drawn here after realizing life had plans for me other that what I was working on.
When I was a pre-med studying biochemistry, I began to appreciate just what a miracle of biochemistry the human body is. I became fascinated with the idea of practicing a medicine that tapped into these extraordinary cellular healing mechanisms. Western Medicine didn't seem to offer that. What Chinese Medicine offers is a map and a method.
