The classes that creativeLIVE (a branch of Creative Techs) teach are fantastic. You can watch them, and stop them to take notes, and rewatch them again. A great way to learn. So cool. The Creative Techs side is if your computer is sick, they'll send someone to do Rx. I've just not had to use them for that (knock on wood), so I can't say for sure how it goes. But seriously, these guys are so nice. Great people.

If you don't know about CreativeTechs in Seattle, WA, you're missing a tremendous opportunity to learn just about anything that has to do with webinar training of graphic design, photography, CS4 Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator, DreamWeaver, Flash, and Lightroom, all taught by seasoned professionals in a down to earth, understandable manner. Plus, they offer Mac studio and enterprise support. If you sign up as a member you can get the classes for free but otherwise they are offered for free for a short period of time then they charge a small fee. It's a hell of a deal. They
