Rolfing Structural Integration
Rolfing Structural Integration systematically realigns the body by releasing fascia tension, improving posture, and reducing chronic pain. This method addresses trauma, enhances mobility, and prevents surgical interventions. Clients report lasting relief from conditions like scoliosis and sports injuries through a series of personalized sessions.
CranioSacral Therapy
CranioSacral Therapy gently manipulates the skull and spinal fluid to alleviate headaches, neurological disorders, and stress-related conditions. This non-invasive technique promotes deep relaxation and restores natural balance. It is effective for post-concussion recovery and chronic pain linked to cranial restrictions.
Visceral Manipulation
Visceral Manipulation targets organ-related restrictions to improve digestion, reduce pain, and enhance systemic function. By addressing fascial adhesions around organs, this therapy resolves chronic discomfort and supports holistic wellness. It complements Rolfing for comprehensive structural and internal balance.
Equine Rolfing SI
Equine Rolfing SI applies fascia manipulation techniques to horses, improving mobility, posture, and performance. This specialized therapy addresses musculoskeletal issues and trauma in animals. Clients report enhanced vitality and reduced pain in equines through gentle, targeted sessions.
Pain Relief Sessions
Pain Relief Sessions focus on specific areas of chronic discomfort, using Rolfing techniques to release tension and restore function. These sessions address acute injuries, post-surgical recovery, and localized pain. Clients experience rapid improvement in mobility and reduced reliance on medication.

I had an amazing and transformative experience during a session with her two horses. I had two friends with me and the three of us could not stop talking about the experience we had on the drive home. I would totally like to do this again it was so beautiful and I learned so much about myself and the things that I want to improve in my life! Thank you so much, sincerely Theresa

Felisa's treatments are helping me recover from a car accident 2-1/2 months ago. She did some amazing (& gentle) work on my lumbar spine, which had been diagnosed with a compression fracture, for which I had been prescribed to wear a Jewett Brace. The pain is far less than before I started treatments with Felisa, and through her encouragement, I have started using a gentle and very effective type of exercise and with it, I am regaining my flexibility. I haven't needed to wear the Jewett Brace since my 2nd treatment. The 2 vertebrae that were sticking out of my back are now (mostly) back in place
