They worked to get my cat in the same day, I heard from Doctor both during his stay and even followed up afterward. Doctor was very concerned with my cats well-being after he got home. Excellent care.

Going to the vet with my cat is always a stressful experience for all parties involved, but the fantastic staff at Springtown make our visits so much easier. The vets/techs are patient and understanding in addition to being knowledgeable and skilled. They always provide great information for me to follow up with, which makes me feel more confident in assessing my cats general wellbeing at home, and always follow up with us after our visits. We are SO grateful to the staff at Springtown for keeping our kitties happy and healthy!

We just had our first visit with Dr. Martin and Omar. Im so impressed with the efficiency of our experience. We were in and out in under an hour with all questions answered and feeling confident about the plan to help our pup. We have a pit mix who is usually very anxious around people but she loved Omar and Dr. Martin so much that she cried when they left the exam room. Highly recommend!

Today was our first ever appt and I am beyond impressed and happy with our experience. Front desk was awesome! I really like the format that is setup to receive paperwork/check out and medication instructions. Dr. Lambert was amazing she went above and beyond with the exam and treatment plan for my dog! Took lots of time at pick up to go over everything and emailed detailed medication instructions as well. We are so happy to be new clients at Springtown!
