Enrique Torres brings 20+ years of hands-on winemaking experience to Calipaso, starting as a cellar worker and advancing through technical and business roles. He established Diablo Paso Winery in 2012 and combines UC Davis wine science training with practical expertise to craft award-winning Central Coast varietals.

Cool service and great wine. Be brave, try the Proseco sparkling wine. Yeah I know, we should be wine tasting, but hey the project was fruit forward and slightly and finished well.
