I've been using Texas Road Pharmacy for several months now and I find the staff to be very helpful, kind and courteous. Also never had a problem with delivery. I really don't know how anyone could say otherwise!

4 days since the booster shot and I still have a massive swelling and redness on my arm. The lady just jabs you like you are not human or something. The entire area of vaccination is hard and painful. She should not be allowed to vaccinate people.

They have walk-in covid vaccines here when everywhere else is filled up. Highly recommended, nice staff. Go to the front register to fill out the paperwork first, then go to the waiting area.

This place must seek to hire the most rudest people alive. How does a pharmacy that caters to elderly people not have a public bathroom? This isnt nyc where homeless would abuse the bathroom and make it a mess. These are paying customers who need to use a bathroom, but instead the woman behind the register told me to go to the bagel store next door(which was closed considering it was 5 pm) or go to the liquor store next door. I went to the liquor store and told them the pharmacy sent me to use their bathroom and they told me they dont have a public bathroom either. The person actually got

Overall great experience! Staff was extremely helpful. They accept walk-in covid vaccines/boosters (all manufacturers), which was great because all other locations were filled up. I arrived a few minutes after they opened up, the entire vaccine process took 15 minutes.

If there was a 0 stars, that would be my rating. No help at all, RUDE Pharmacist named Chris. Just horrible experience and after explaining my needs and wanting to switch all my business to them, Chris was not only rude and told me he won't fill my scripts (even with bringing him the scripts and giving him my Drs. office number to verify legitimacy of scripts told me it did not matter. The worst part was that he would not offer ANY help on who I can call to help me. Don't go there!!!!!!!!
