I've had a contract with Active for 2 years. If I have an issue, they come right out and take care of it. The technician is so nice and friendly (he even brought.y empty trash cans up from the road!). I think it's kind of expensive each month, but the service is great so I pay it.

I love the people that come to spray . I have an account for direct billing and put money in as an apt or bill is coming up. They came out to spray ( not a regular schedule one) so there was suppose to be no charge. And oops sorry we billed you and they bounced that account, and oh sorry we will give you back your money in 7-14 business days that we took and shouldn’t have. Oh and sorry for the the bounce fee. So as far as their customer service and billing, not recommended at all.

I paid for services and have email proof of no resolution despite me making great efforts to communicate. An alleged fogging occurred when no one was here, hundreds of dollars spent and the problem has only gotten worse. I hired 3 independent companies to come out and examine Active Pest Control's work and they have all stated and agreed that Active has done nothing that a professional should to treat the issue. Setting out bait and using a growth inhibitor is apparently NOT the correct treatment for German Roaches. Furthermore, the manager, John Buckley, took WEEKS to reply and never offered

They do not hold up their end of the contracts. They are not consistent with their service offerings and you need to watch them each time they come out or they take shortcuts in order to meet their maximum 20 minute allotted time; however, when a manager performs the service it takes them around 40 minutes. If you ask about the variance in time, they simply state the techs are only provided 20 minutes..... Essentially even though it takes them a proper 40 minutes to services my property they only allow the techs to perform 50% of the job and charge you 100% of the fee. If you cancel the contract

These people are THE WORST!!! They have continued to come to my house and charge me for work that was not done. One technician sat in the car then put the bill on my door and drive off! Another technician came to my house, rung the doorbell and went to side of the house acting like he was doing work and drove off! I refused to pay for services that they charged me for the months that these scam technicians came to my house! They sent me to a collection agency but will dispute the charges! They ain't getting ish from me!

This is by far the worst company to choose to get rid of your pest situation! I have had the same problem since having their services. They never got rid of my bat situation but wrote in a contract when I bought my home stating that the bats we're removed!! Liars..and the guys are always late for the appointment times and when they say their coming back to finish the job they don't. Nikki that's over that department was so rude to me on the phone stating that I didn't renew my services in March but sent someone out in May to try and get rid of the bats they so called removed
