First visit to this particular Delaware Eye Care Center. Was happy with visit. Everyone was friendly and thorough. Waited in waiting room for only maybe 10 minutes at most before being seen. All in all, great visit!

I love the self check-in process, easiest thus far. Office staff very friendly and helpful. As well as the optics center. I received such a thorough eye exam. Every single step was explained and why it was being done. For years I had no idea what was being done or why. Truly hope things stay this way. Definitely a different experience from past visits. The staff seemed to be able to focus and give quality care due to not being over burdened.

Outstanding routine eye appointment. Quick and competently done. Amanda and Nick were very pleasant and knew their respective jobs well. Dr Doyle is the best eye doctor in this state and works miracles in restoring sight to those who are handicapped by severe cataracts.

The worst customer service. Called to cancel/change appointment, count down from "caller #5", got to "next caller" in 1 hour 10 min. Then, "please call back during normal business hours".
