Clinic founder and lead therapist, Lydia Radosevich, specializes in Myofascial Release, having studied extensively with John Barnes, known as 'the father' of MFR. In 1981, she graduated with honors from Indiana University. She worked for nearly a dozen years in progressive geriatric rehabilitation in Chicago, then joined the Peace Corps and volunteered for two years in Costa Rica.
Upon returning to the U.S., she worked with a traveling agency for therapists and nurses, which eventually took her to Roswell, NM, on a contract job. It was during this time that Lydia discovered the alpine village of Ruidoso and decided to open her own business here, a practice she has successfully built over two decades and which continues to thrive with both locals and visitors alike.

But at our fitness center, it's just regular folks like yourself, using our top-of-the-line equipment to improve your health. It's like working out at home, only better!. Testimonials
Report
We expect every patient to have his or her own 'success story' to share at the end of their therapy. We collect these testimonials to inspire others, plus we send them to each patient's referring physician to let the doctors know that physical therapy was just the right prescription. If you've ever received a doctor's referral for physical therapy but thought it wouldn't do any good, just read these testimonials from our patients and be amazed!
