The final product feels like a new apartment rather than a million dollar home.
Mistakes: On the day of move-in, many problems existed in a supposedly completed home, including:
Hot water plumbed to toilets (120 degrees)
Only cold water to showers
No water pressure in sinks
No attic ventilation
Leaking pipes
Door handles falling off
Unsecured and uncapped gas lines
Went through 6 different supervisors on the project. There was no consistency due to constant turnover and no one knew what the prior supervisors had done. They were
