Mr. Farris and his crew did an awesome job. I took the carpet out of the master bedroom and replaced it with hardwood. The hardwood they installed matched perfectly with the rest of the flooring. My floor looks amazing. I highly recommend him.

My floors have been ruined by damaged plumbing. I asked for a quote to repair and replace for insurance (need 2 quotes). These guys wanted to charge me for the quote.
Long story short, instead of a 50-50 shot at a job worth about $10k, they walked away because I wouldn't guarantee them $50. That's brilliant and it tells me all I need to know about Farris.
