Overall these apartments are terrible to live in. With unprofessional managers, unusable amenities, and just terrible experiences in general. They tried to overcharge us for things that were there before we moved in, none of them were fixed while we were living there. They are TERRIBLE at communication; taking two out of three tenants off the emailing list while still living there. While moving out they tried to charge us multiple fees, lied to us, and never gave notice of a walkthrough. They mention that tenants have time to fix things before getting charged but this is the first time any of

Changing my review because after being told we did not have any move out charges, we received a bill, and we asked more than once. Not only this but we were charged cleaning fees when we had the place cleaned by professionals out of our own pockets already, before the final walk through, and after moving out. The rent was being raised, without anything getting better, so we chose to move, and now they are attempting to get more money from us. Things aren't adding up. It's turning out to be kind of a shady operation. So glad to not be living there anymore.

I called to ask about an apartment that was available- Audrey let me know that the pricing on it was wrong due to a system error but she helped me find an apartment anyways by looking up Craigslist posts in the area. She was kind and professional and you can tell she enjoys her job!

This was a good apartment, it was very pretty and modern, we enjoyed living there. Our only complaints were related to neighbors, which is really just part of apartment living. Parking is also an issue, there never seem to be spots. The tubs in the units have been sprayed white instead of replaced when they updated the unit, and the spray makes them difficult to clean. Management were always very kind to us, and maintenance was wonderful! All in all it was a fine apartment.
