Manoogian Manor residents receive home-cooked meals, assistance with medications and the care of a visiting physician. They maintain active lifestyles with daily activities like bingo, crafts, exercise and music. Manoogian Manor offers Friday night movies, ice cream socials and outside entertainment.

Manoogian Manor a sixty bed non-profit facility providing assisted living and personal care services for our residents. In 1949 the first Michigan Home for the Armenian Aged was opened in a small farmhouse in Detroit. This was made possible through the efforts of thirteen dedicated Armenian Women and the entire Armenian Community.

Because we feel that Manoogian Manor is truly a "home away from home, " we call our special brand of care, "Family Style Care." It is a place where residents, guests, and staff are respected and their dignity honored.
Respite Care

Respite care is short-term care for seniors. Sometimes, family members are unable to provide elderly loved ones with senior care services for a certain amount of time. You can turn to our Manoogian Manor to receive all the respite services you need. Long term care is not always needed from an assisted living facility.
Services & Amenities

Physical, Occupational and Speech therapy are available on site by our Home Care partners. These services are provided when ordered by a physician and may be covered by Medicare. Podiatry services are provided by our licensed Podiatrist who visits our facility regularly. Manoogian Manor provides nursing services by our in house caregivers overseen by our professional staff.
