If there is a lack of desired availability and you would like to be placed on the cancellation list, please text 816-584-4670 with your name, appointment type and preferred days/times. Occasionally we have a last minute cancellation and are happy to be able to give you that availability. The Kansas City office is open for in person services Tuesday - Thursday.

Once your new patient appointment is confirmed by our staff, you will receive an email from IntakeQ containing a secure private link to your new patient paperwork. Your paperwork can be completed on a cell phone, tablet or computer without having to download or remember to bring in paper copies. Please follow the instructions in the email and submit it back to us.

We do not accept health insurance, but will give you all the information needed to submit to your plan yourself.
