Dr. Washington was very thorough and addressed all my concerns with a smile. She is quick, to the point and gets the job done. The staff is so friendly and very helpful. I received my first pair of glasses and within a few days, I accidentally broke them. I called to inform them and was asked to stop by and someone would take a look at them. Within 20 minutes, my glasses were repaired!! Thank you guys!

Dr. Washington is an absolute sweetheart!! She takes care of my husband, my grandma, and now myself. She has a very courteous staff, and Dr. Washington has AMAZING Customer service skills herself! She is incredibly talented and knows her field!! My grandma had fussed that she hasn't had good vision in several years, and Dr. Washington found she had the wrong prescription, and fixed that of course!
