Sequoia Floral International, established in 1976, began by providing fresh cut flowers to the local market and quickly expanded to cover the county, the state, and eventually, the entire nation. Over the last forty years, Sequoia has expanded to ship a full line of fresh bouquets, dried manufactured products and floral supplies in addition to fresh cut flowers.
Located in California's wine country, SFI now occupies a 30,000 square foot warehouse and has approximately thirty-five employees. We carry a wide selections of fresh flowers, fillers and foliage for everyone who loves flowers. That the tangible personal property decribed herein which I shall purchase from Sequoia Floral Int'l will be resold by me in the form of personal property; provided, however, that in the event any such property is used for any purpose other than retention, demonstration, or display while holding it for sale in the regular course of business, it is understood that I am required by the Sales and Use Tax Law to report and pay for the tax, measured by the purchase price of such property.

In-Store Wholesale Application

I hereby certify that I hold a valid seller's permit issued pursuant to the Sales and Use Tax Law. In order to receive wholesale pricing we require an initial $50.00 membership set-up fee. Renewal memberships of $35.00 will be billed each January. Discounts for wholesale customers are 15-20% off floral supplies and fresh cut flowers In order to receive wholesale pricing, you will be required to buy in "wholesale lots".

Unless specified as a credit transaction orders made with SEQUOIA FLORAL INT'L will be terms accounts requiring a purchase order prior to shipment of goods, and payment within 30 days of invoice date. The Buyer and the Supplier shall comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Each individual contract shall provide for date of order, products to be purchased (i.e., name, type, specifications of the products), quantity, purchase price per product, delivery date and place, method and date of payment, etc.It is understood that invoices will be due and payable no later than 30 (thirty) days following the date of invoice.
