After receiving a Bachelor's of Science degree Amanda worked in the corporate world. She later enjoyed being a stay at home mom to her three children. In the spring of 2004 she had unrelenting allergies, tried acupuncture and Chinese herbs. After two treatments her allergies stopped and a love affair with Oriental medicine blossomed that continues to inspire her to this day.
