Very unprofessional and do not keep up with or track their patients progress. Slacking! Neglect! They had me do a lab test for Deep Vein Thrombosis, my insurance company had an opthamologist review the testing with my entire medical records. They stated that someone like me would never even be suspected of having DVT and slapped me with a $200.00 bill.
Thats what you deal with at Advanced Vision Institute! The part that bothers me the most is that I persistently called to resolve the issue, but I always received a rude medical receptionist that wanted to interrupt me, receiving various miscellaneous
