I did not know Jim or his business, or the two locations where the two functions were held. All of the arrangements were made over the phone from North Carolina while snow was still on the ground in Michigan. Jim was great to work with! The day could have not been more perfect! Jim and staff were so well prepared and so mindful of all the little details that go in to making a memorable event.

I give Crystal Lake catering Company 'two thumbs up'. If you want to treat business associates to an unsurpassed Northern Michigan dining experience, I highly recommend Jim and his staff. First off I would like to say that the last wedding you catered at the winery was some of the absolute best food I have ever had at a wedding and everyone was raving!
