I called multiple times and was greeted with professionalism as they answered all my questions and there was no surprises on my invoice. The limo driver provided great service and was accommodating of my multiple requests for my daughters birthday celebration. Will use them again.

Best airport shuttle service company in bay area California. I booked airport bus rental and it was very clean and cool. Our driver was friendly and on time with an upgrade (bigger) vehicle then I had reserved. I was pleasantly surprised!

The driver showed up 20 minutes early. We knew exactly when he was ready for us and found him exactly where we expected to. It was an early morning trip to the airport, but the driver seemed friendly enough . The driver got us there quickly and safely and seemed to know where he needed to go. Also, the car was clean and the ride was extremely comfortable. All in all, worth the money

What a perfect experience. It was so easy to just call and get my ride. It was much easier than signing up for a car service on line.
Took the trip from Oakland Airport (OAK) to Livermore during rush hour. I will continue to use Ambassador Airport Services. Prices are always fair. Highly highly recommend!!
