Services
Eye Exams
Our comprehensive eye exams begin with a detailed patient history to address specific vision needs and concerns. Using advanced diagnostic technology, we perform precise refraction testing to determine prescriptions while evaluating binocular eye coordination. The process includes screening for common eye diseases like glaucoma and macular degeneration, ensuring both vision correction and long-term eye health monitoring. Each exam typically lasts 45-60 minutes, with personalized recommendations for corrective lenses or further treatment.
Contact Lenses
We specialize in fitting all contact lens types, from daily disposables to specialty scleral lenses for complex prescriptions. Our process includes precise corneal measurements to ensure optimal comfort and vision correction. Patients receive comprehensive training on proper insertion, removal, and care techniques. We offer trial lenses for adaptation testing and follow-up evaluations to guarantee long-term wearing success, with access to premium brands like Acuvue and Air Optix.
Cataract Surgery
Our cataract treatment includes pre-operative evaluations using advanced IOLMaster technology for precise intraocular lens calculations. We offer traditional and laser-assisted surgical options with premium lens implants like multifocal and toric lenses. The outpatient procedure typically takes under 15 minutes, with rapid recovery protocols to restore clear vision. Post-operative care includes detailed healing instructions and follow-up appointments to monitor visual outcomes.
Sunglasses
Our optical department features designer sunglasses from brands like Oakley and Ray-Ban, customized with prescription lenses. We offer UV-protective coatings, polarized options for glare reduction, and impact-resistant polycarbonate lenses. Each pair undergoes precision fitting to ensure proper alignment with the patient's visual axis, combining style with functional eye protection for outdoor activities.
InfantSEE Program
This public health program provides comprehensive eye assessments for infants aged 6-12 months. Our doctors use specialized techniques to evaluate visual development without requiring verbal responses. The exam checks for congenital abnormalities, eye alignment issues, and proper focusing ability. Early detection helps prevent developmental delays caused by undiagnosed vision problems, with follow-up recommendations tailored to each child's needs.

Awesome place and people! They helped me out of a jam during a recent Northwoods trip with an unexpected and very painful dog-induced eye injury (scratched cornea). I connected with their front desk 25 minutes before they were closing on a Saturday morning and 90 minutes later, Dr. Redman (on-call), turned on the lights for me and treated my eye. Can't thank or recommend them enough!

Dr. Ben Redman is the best. Even though my insurance won't cover any expense, I still prefer to be seen there. Love this place!

I will not being using this eye clinic again! The lack of understanding by Dr. Jill Skaggs and her assistant, Tiffany of my inability to wear a mask due to a medical condition. Getting medical care is hard enough right now, let alone add the mass panic that corona is causing. They violated my rights as outlined in the ADA. As a person with a disability, I felt like they dont care about my health as a whole. Most traumatic medical visit I have ever experienced mind you I was only there for 10 minutes.
