Went for the second time today with my toddler in their childcare and loved it! Well, my son cried through practically the whole thing but mommy had a good stretch and core work during her class hehe. The place is clean and well managed, lots of toys for kids from newborn to I don't know how old to play with, snacks and the childcare teacher is great with the kids.

The teacher was great too and I got a good workout. There's a place to park your strollers. Also the pricing is great, very reasonable so I bought 40 classes from the get-go. The most welcoming yoga studio I've ever attended. My son loves attending toddler yoga and also childcare while I get in my practice.

We have prenatal yoga, prenatal power, & prenatal pilates. Exercising during pregnancy has been proven to help prepare the body for childbirth and has a number of emotional and spiritual benefits. Our Prenatal classes offer an opportunity to tune into your sensations and to connect with your baby inside of you.

If you'd like to be seen, turn on your video and position your device so that your body is visible. If you'd like to practice without video, that is absolutely ok. We'll come back together at the closing of class and can wave goodbye.
