Spinnaker Cay Management was founded in 1989 by Edmund Burt, his son, Chris Burt, and Tony Andrade as a full service property management company. Today, Spinnaker Cay Management is comprised of Tony Andrade, President and over thirty employees. Several of these employees have nearly twenty years of property management experience.
As a full service property management company we provide building maintenance, pool maintenance, grounds maintenance and a complete administrative package including bookkeeping. Currently we have twenty one condominium associations under management. Many of these associations have had a long relationship with Spinnaker Cay Management.

Spinnaker Cay Management has been a full time property management company in Collier County for 27 years. Spinnaker Cay has a broad range of property management experience. We have managed associations as small as 8 units, as large as 170 units and everywhere in between. We have managed developer-controlled associations, homeowner controlled associations in their infancy and older well-established associations.
