Well, I chose Scouts primarily due to their impressive 600-5 star reviews! I was scheduled within one day, and once the technician Ben arrived, I began to see why this company is so favored. Ben was VERY knowledgeable and gave me all the answers to questions and taught me more than I even knew about pests!

I chose this pest control company after hearing many good recommendations from neighbors.
I really liked how responsive they were when I called. I got and actual “human being “ when calling them. I didn’t have to wait forever on them to answer my call.
The people I spoke to were professional, polite and knowledgeable. They were very prompt when showing up for my first home service and from what others have told me I can look forward to the same good service in the future.
Zack, the young man who came out to do the inspection and service, was professional, knowledgeable and so very courteous

They are great. Came out within a few days of calling. Their customer service is wonderful. They explained everything thoroughly, didn’t try to upsell a bunch of unneeded services, gave great advice, are flexible and accommodating. Not to mention, they do it all for a very reasonable price.
